The Alpinist 470 SX-P is a three-point linkage mounted hedgecutter with parallel arm geometry suitable for tractors with a minimum of 55HP and 2300 kg weight. This best - selling model in the farmer sector utilises the Rigid Mounting Kit with an adjustable "Y" yoke for attachment to tractor top link housing and twin stabiliser struts to the lower link arms.

The "Profi" Cable Controls offer fine adjustment of all operations plus rotor forward/reverse and on/off selector lever. The hedgecutter employs a fully independent hydraulic system, no need to connect to tractor services (avoids risk of contamination), 50hp cast iron pump and 155 litre oil tank, illed prior to delivery at no extra charge to the List Price.

This model incorporates 105° hydraulic power slew for safe operation (in the event of collision with foreign material) and enables the arm to fold back for compact transport position. The Alpinist 470 SX-P is fitted with a 140mm roller for enhanced verge mowing performance. A parking stand for ease of attachment and PTO shaft are also part of the standard specification. The hedgecutter weighs 790kgs.
